Tournament questions
Who can play?
Anyone. Every tournament is Open for now, so any level can enter. An Amateur division for beginners is coming later.
Can I play both days?
Yes. Singles is Saturday and doubles is Sunday. Pick one or both.
Do I pay when I join the waitlist?
No. The waitlist is free and there's no commitment. We'll email you when entries open and payment goes live.
How does doubles entry work?
$250 per player, $500 per team. When entries open you'll enter together as a team. The winning team splits $10,000.
What's the format?
Every player gets 2 group-stage matches, guaranteed. Top finishers in each group go to the playoffs: round of 16 (if needed), quarters, semis, final. Every match is one game to 15, win by 2, through the semifinals. The final is best of three.
What can I win?
The winner takes the posted prize, currently $8,000 for singles and $10,000 for doubles, split between partners. Semifinalists win cash, and everyone eliminated gets a gift card. Prize amounts are confirmed once registration closes.
When do I arrive?
Doors open at 7:30 AM. You'll be assigned a start wave: arrive 20 minutes before it, not earlier. Play runs all day and finals can go as late as 8:30 PM. You'll get a notification with your court and opponent when you're up.
Is there food?
Yes. There's a food hall inside the venue and a 2-hour lunch break after group play. Oysters from Wandering Shuckers and kebabs from Ravagh are free. Coffee and matcha from First Phin First and juices from Agavi are paid. The drinks bar may stay open all day, and a DJ and photographer are on site. Photos go up after the event.
Is there a waiver?
Yes. You sign it at checkout when you enter.
What if I can't make it?
[Refund and cancellation policy to be confirmed]
How is prize money paid?
Winners complete a W-9 before payout. [Payout method and timing to be confirmed]
